Returned to the UAE across three years with city movement each time feeling different. The skyline became familiar but never routine — new construction, new routes, new angles on the same towers. Movement across Dubai, Sharjah, Al Ain, and Ajman gave a sense of the Gulf’s pace: fast at the center, quieter at the edges.
